Mafia Island, part of a marine park, is renowned for whale sharks. Pemba Island’s deep channels and dramatic drop-offs attract pelagic species, while Zanzibar’s Mnemba Atoll offers crystal-clear waters, thriving reefs, and encounters with dolphins and sea turtles. Tanzania’s underwater world is as spectacular as its terrestrial wildlife.
